Is there a book (or website) that has data, code for analysis, & example of how to report results for common ecological analyses?

In sum: not really. Lots of books and papers tell you how to *do* the statistical test, but very few tell you how to report the results in the manuscript you are preparing to submit for publication. I’m compiling a list of the latter; if you know of any relevant blog posts, book chapters – or want to write a post yourself – just let me know via the comments. Thanks to @duffy_ma for suggesting an aggregation.
- GLM: So, you did some GLM and compared with AIC. Congrats! (Jamie Ashander).

Perhaps not exactly what you are looking for, but this recent paper discusses how to report the results in primary studies so that they are more amenable to future meta-analyses http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/2041-210X.12758/full
