  • Interest: Fund US programs in higher education and the environment. Interested in proposals that “Protect the Earth’s ecosystems through biodiversity and climate change programs; Promote science-based environmental and conservation education.”
  • Linkage to TCD:They have one Florida office in West Palm but it is not listed in the “areas we give” on their website.

  • Average gift size: Gave 30 million last year (highest gift 2.1 million). Gave $153,000 to University of Miami in 2012.
  • Interest: Focus giving on “youth, education – specifically literacy, and the plight of the homeless and hungry.” They have given to Food for All which works internationally as well as domestically.

  • Linkage to TCD: Located in Florida. Gives to universities and interested in human health.

  • Average gift size: Gave 80 million in 2012. $357,000 to UNC Water Institute in 2014.
  • Interest: Given to Indian and South Africa, expanding international investments. Goal to improve the lives of impoverished urban children through healthcare and education. Have given large grants to Universities recently.
